Exhibit plans for the President's House commemoration, made public in April 2010. The exhibit opened in December 2010 and largely followed them, so what is recorded here is close to what stood on the site but is not identical to it. The installed panels have since been removed. The sections below cover the house and the people who worked and lived in it, the systems and methods of slavery, how enslaved people became free, what the excavation found, and the memorial itself.
