I am a direct decendent of Josiah Munroe who served in the continental army (according to military records). He died at Valley Forge on February 19, 1778 he was 49 years old and was listed on the honor roll. Do you have any more information about Josiah munroe?

Were the 1st Canadian Regiment or the 2nd Canadian Regiment at Valley Forge? These units were formed during the Canadian Invasion. Monty's brothers, my anchestors, were part of these units.
