  • Brandywine Battlefield The Brandywine Battlefield Park brings to life the largest engagement of the Revolutionary War, fought on September 11, 1777, between the Continental Army led by General George Washington and the British forces headed by General William Howe.
  • Friends of Brandywine Battlefield Friends of Brandywine Battlefield exists legally as Brandywine Battlefield Park Associates, Inc., a non-profit volunteer group which takes lead responsibility for interpretation of, and participate in efforts to preserve, the entire Battlefield National Historic Landmark, of which Brandywine Battlefield Park is only a small part, recognizing the significance of these ten square miles where approximately 26,000 men fought.

    To sustain a strong partnership between PHMC, the Brandywine Battlefield Park Associates and other groups whose valued guidance and support enhance the mission and goals of the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission.

  • Go WILMA Program Our Get Outside Willistown and Malvern program combines parks and recreation, health and wellness, and reading. It's not just for Willistown and Malvern residents. If you participate in the Malvern or Paoli Library summer reading programs, you can participate in the GO WilMa! fun. The program is modeled after and portions copied with permission from the Healthy York County Coalition's GO York program ( Spearheaded by Willistown Parks and Recreation, the GO WilMa! team includes Willistown Township, Malvern Borough, Malvern Library, Paoli Library, Paoli Hospital, and Activate Chester County. Paoli Battlefield is a proud member of this program.
