| 1795 | Dr. William Smith sells Graeme Park property for Elizabeth |
| 1801 | Samuel Penrose buys 300 acres, including Keith House, at Graeme Park |

| 1920 | Welsh Strawbridge buys Graeme Park from the Penroses |
