The Park receives numerous requests to use Park land and locations for filming, group activities and non-Park sponsored events throughout the year. (This is not the same as standard picnic pavilion rentals.) All requests must be submitted in writing to the Park explaining the basics of the function, where it is proposed to take place and who is sponsoring it. If your request is approved, a facilities use agreement with proof of sponsor's insurance will be completed. The facilities use agreement will then be processed, which takes at least 90 days. The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania has the right to deny outside activities on the Park if all requirements are not met or if time does not allow for the process to be complete.
