The American History Theatre will present Generals Washington and Howe mingling with the guests and sharing their experiences, "Musick of Early America" by Robert Mouland, 18th Century refreshments from one of the premier restaurants in the Delaware Valley. Candlelight Tour of the BattlefieldSaturday, October 11, 2008 starting at 6 pm, Paoli Battlefield, Malvern PAJoin this popular evening event with continuous guided tours within the battlefield and first-person interpreters relating accounts of this bloody conflict where 53 patriots lie forever in a mass grave. In 2008 we had Ft. Mifflin, Revolutionary and Civil War reenactors, Duffy's Cut Mystery, Blacksmithing, Papermaking, 1864 Philadelphia Sanitary Fair and other exhibits. The public is invited to the competition of Middle School and High School students from the Southeast Region of Pennsylvania. Participants compete in various categories including: film/video, essay, first person interpretation and displays.
